Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, containerization, and a passion for delivering scalable and reliable DevOps solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for code deployment and automation.
- Manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Monitor systems and resolve issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards in DevOps processes.
- Automate manual processes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.
- Maintain and improve logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Good knowledge of Git, GitOps, and version control practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator, etc.)
- Experience in Agile environments
- Exposure to microservices architecture
