About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Centre Head to lead our HSRP number plate fitment centre. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vehicle-related services (preferably HSRP), combined with a strong background in high-volume, fast-paced operations. This role requires strong people management skills, operational acumen, and the ability to work with technology-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the HSRP fitment center to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee customer service standards and resolve escalations efficiently.
- Coordinate with backend tech teams to optimize workflows using digital tools (e.g., dashboards, CRMs, booking systems).
- Maintain accurate inventory of HSRP stock and ensure timely replenishment.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and automation within the fitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management;
- Technologically adept; comfortable with dashboards, mobile apps, CRM systems, and data analysis.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Willingness to work in a field-intensive environment and manage ground-level challenges.
- Good communication skills (Hindi and English preferred; regional languages a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
