Job Description
Hiring: IT Recruiter (0-3 Years Exp) | Agra | Full-Time / Internship
Company: WalkingTree Technologies
Location: Agra (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Internship leading to a Job Offer
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates.
- Understand technical job descriptions and match profiles accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.), social media, and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
- Work independently and contribute actively as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements:
- 03 years of experience in IT Recruitment (corporate or agency environment preferred).
- Good to have knowledge of IT industry trends and technical job roles.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with ATS and recruitment databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience recruiting for specialized technical roles (e.g., cloud engineers, cybersecurity professionals) will be an added advantage.
