Roles & Responsibilities


  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Should be capable of handling customer queries through live chat in real time in both languages.
  • Ability to manage 3 to 4 chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns effectively in both French and English.

Eligibility Criteria


  • Freshers and Experience with proficiency in both French and English.
  • Should be able to join immediately.
  • Candidates who are pursuing their studies or serving a notice period are not eligible.
  • Flexibility to work as per business requirements, including night shifts or graveyard shifts.
