Job Description

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, systems, and requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities, timelines, and requirements without losing sight of overall project objectives
Provide training and support to end-users on new solutions and processes.

Requirement

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a significant focus on Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment..
