Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients to analyze and document business processes, identifying
opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Design and implement BPMN workflows using Camunda to streamline operations and
enhance efficiency.
- Develop and execute integration strategies for connecting Camunda with other systems,
utilizing REST APIs, message queues, and other integration techniques.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for using Camunda and
optimizing business processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on Camunda functionalities and
process optimization strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing ongoing support
and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BPM and Camunda technologies,
sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project
managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or
related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Camunda BPM, including expertise in BPMN,
DMN, and CMMN modeling.
- Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and other relevant programming languages and
technologies.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful web
services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and
collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients
at all levels.
- Relevant certifications in Camunda or BPM-related fields are a plus.
