Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive Voice Process

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, products, or general support.
  • Update customer records accurately in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company processes and maintain data confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • PUC (12th Pass) or Any Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation:

  • CTC: 3.2 3.8 LPA + Incentives & Other Benefits
