Position - Branch Sales Manager (BSM)
Location Gujrat (Candidates from Surat, Jamnagar, Junagarh, Bhavnagar, Mahuva, Rajkot, Kadodara, Ankleshwar preferred)
Work Experience 3 to 6 years
Age Upto 45 years
Notice Period - Immediate candidates preferred 

Job Description:         

• 3+ years experience into sales of HL/LAP in the industry.        
• Must have good knowledge about various Home Loan Products.         
• Must have deep understanding of Home Loan Market.           
• Extensive knowledge about the regulatory aspect of home loans.        
• Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience is a must.        
• Responsible for setting up new branch, customer/developer relationship management.        
• Team Handling, Training and Development and up keep of the branch.         
• Working towards achieving business targets and overall branch profitability.         
• New Client Acquisition.         
• Leads generation and disbursement of file in line with the credit policy.                             
• Must be well versed with MS Office.
