EHR Consultant (EPIC Specialist) @ Clairvoyant India

Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced EHR Consultant with in-depth expertise in the
EPIC system to assist in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of
EPIC modules related to clinical data management. The ideal candidate should
have strong SQL proficiency, a solid understanding of healthcare industry
regulations (such as HIPAA), and experience with data structures, data
modeling, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Must Have - 5+ years of experience with EPIC EHR system (certification preferred in
relevant EPIC modules). Strong SQL skills, including data querying, optimization, and reporting. Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.). Experience in configuring and maintaining EPIC clinical data management
modules. Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and CDP platforms. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide innovative solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Key Responsibilities: EPIC System Implementation Configuration: Configure, customize, and
maintain EPIC clinical data management modules to align with healthcare
workflows and regulatory standards. Database Management SQL Development: Design, query, and optimize SQL
databases to support data reporting, analytics, and integration with EHR
systems. Healthcare Data Compliance Security: Ensure HIPAA and other regulatory
compliance in data handling, patient information security, and system access
control. Data Modeling Integration: Develop and maintain data structures and
models to optimize clinical and operational workflows, ensuring seamless
integration between EPIC and other healthcare platforms. Customer Data Platform (CDP) Utilization: Leverage CDP platforms to enhance
patient data insights, personalization, and engagement strategies. Technical Troubleshooting Support: Identify and resolve system issues,
conduct root cause analysis, and provide technical support to healthcare teams. Collaboration Training: Work closely with healthcare providers, IT teams,
and stakeholders to enhance system adoption and train end-users on best
practices.Preferred Qualifications: EPIC certification in Clinical Data Management, Clarity. Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, or BI tools. Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare IT environment.
