Duties/Responsibilities:
Support Activity:
Oversees and facilitates the installation and maintenance of IT systems.
Technical support: identifying, investigating users problems and take appropriate action to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
Technical support for a full range of business technology of network equipments Firewall, Router, Switches, Telecommunications, and audio visual equipments.
Technical support and enhancement for in-house applications and 3rd party software.
EDI setup and support for Customer, Terminal, and Depots.
Follow all security guidelines with all components of company privacy and security policies.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute support tasks in high-pressure environment.
Asset Management:
Manage IT assets and infrastructure by analyzing software and hardware needs for the organization.
Identifies and recommends upgrades and changes to IT equipments, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization.
Managing Network equipment & Infrastructure.
Vendor management:
Selection of vendor for IT procurement and support.
Manage vendor services for AMC and repair or replace defective products.
Manage vendor for 3rd Party applications.
