Job Description
Preferred candidate profile :
Require 4 to 6 experience on Java and Angular/React.
Hands-on experience with at least 2years in Core-Java, Spring and Hibernate technologies.
Hands-on experience with at least 2 years on microservices architecture and spring boot technologies.
Hands-on experience with at least 2 plusyears in GUI development using JSP, HTML & JavaScript. Added advantage if worked on AngularJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap, jQuery.
Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented. Would be great if worked on Agile or Continuous Delivery (CD) based projects before.
Good fundamentals in Core Programming, Object Oriented design & Design patterns.
Should have exposure to databases like Oracle, and POSTGRES.
Experience in creating & executing unit tests on using test driven approach with Junit/Mockito.
Experience in creating & executing unit tests on using Karma/ Jasmine on UI will be ab added advantage.
Should have exposure to databases like Oracle, and POSTGRES.
Good to have exposure to Investment banking domain.
Role & responsibilities
- A Software Engineer delivers features for a Product in a business chain. As member of a Feature Team, he works in autonomy and in a continuous improvement approach.
- Candidate should work on all below activities related to the software development.
- Guarantee best practice and quality of the code of the whole team.
- Organize and optimize/industrialize the process of development.
- Propose technical solutions.
- Participate to the construction of the technical infrastructure when needed.
- Work in a team with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, pair programming, etc.)
- Collaborate with POs and Business Analysts in the user requirements division (Epics) in users stories
- Participate in the development of the technical culture of the feature team (craftsmanship, pairing, review, etc.).
