Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Technical Lead with expertise in Python Full Stack development to lead our software development team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full stack web applications that meet our business needs. You will also manage a team of developers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality software products on time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Design and develop full stack web applications using Python and related frameworks
• Develop and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures
• Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Develop and implement microservices-based solutions
• Optimize software performance and ensure high availability and scalability
• Manage technical debt and ensure software maintainability
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services
• Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Manage and mentor software development team members
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Promote and enforce Agile development methodologies
• Design and develop database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Proficiency in Python and related full stack frameworks such as Django, Flask, and ReactJS
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability of software systems
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong knowledge of code review processes and tools
• Strong team management and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of database design and optimization for efficient data storage and retrieval
