Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules (primarily ITSM; possibly HRSD, ITOM, or custom apps)
Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts
Support integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, directory services)
Provide day-to-day platform support and troubleshoot issues
Work with business and IT teams to refine requirements and implement scalable solutions
