Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale recruitment projects.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and market trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
