Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise CNC/VMC operations
- Oversee tool selection and process optimization
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machines (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Utilize Siemens NX or equivalent CAM software for programming and process planning
- Manage production targets, quality, and shop floor discipline
- Mentor and train technical staff & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a heavy engineering or automotive setup46.
- Proven track record in plant management, production supervision, and team handling4.
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming, CNC/VMC operations, and tool selection for machining processes14.
- Prior exposure to Siemens NX or similar CAM software for manufacturing process planning and CNC programming.
Technical Skills
- Deep knowledge of CNC machining, programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.), and tool selection for various operations1.
- Proficient in Siemens NX (or equivalent) for CAD/CAM programming, process optimization, and toolpath generation.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and shop floor management14.
- Familiarity with production planning, quality standards, and maintenance best practices.
Location
- Willingness to be based in Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and manage a full-scale manufacturing operation
Desirable Attributes
- Computer literacy and familiarity with plant management software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
