Job Description

:

• Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell cmda approved lands and villas.
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
• handle sales totally over a telephonic conversation.
• Work with team members on the call floor to meet sales and performance goals
• should have a detailed understanding of the product being offered and can answer potential questions and information about pricing
• Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes
• No Targets

2. Marketing Executive (2-5 years)

We are looking for a Marketing executive to act as an intermediate between sellers and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, closing statements etc)
• Manage property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a sales executive
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills (Tamil and English)
• Pleasant and trustworthy

 

Qualification required:

• Any Graduate or Diploma

 

Working Hours:9.30 am to 6.30 pm (6 working Days)

Interview Timing: 10 am to 10.30 am
