Job Description
Oracle Service Cloud Senior Consultant -
Preferred Location: Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru
What You'll Do:
Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of Oracle Service Cloud Solutions.
Work on building CPMs, Custom Scripts and other integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud and Visual Builder Cloud Service
Provide subject matter expertise on industry-based Service processes, SLA/milestone configuration, Business Rules, Workspaces, Analytics etc.
Able to set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements.
What You Bring:
5+ years in Oracle Service Cloud, Field Service consulting in implementation across multiple clients and solution offerings
Strong experience in Web Services XML Technologies (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, OAuth, JWT)
Extensive working experience in Agent Desktop, Workspaces & Workflows, CPM
Strong knowledge in Business Rules, UI customization, Analytics, Custom Objects, ROQL.
Strong knowledge of Connect PHP and JavaScript is a must.
Strong experience in implementing Service Cloud Using the Agent Browser User Interface for End Users.
Should be Oracle Service Cloud Trained / Certified with understanding of Oracle Service Cloud architecture.
Experience in Interface Development and CRM Integrations including usability, accessibility testing and validation.
Familiarity with CSS / HMTL to help with UI development.
