Job Description

What You'll Own

• Break, smash, and stress-test our products to make them unbreakable.
  
• Design and execute robust test strategies manual and automated across web, mobile, and API layers.
  
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable test automation scripts (Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, or your stack of choice).
  
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to catch bugs before they become problems.
  
• Own the testing pipeline in CI/CD workflows Shift Left, Ship Fast.
  
• Analyze logs, crashes, and performance metrics be the users advocate.
  
• Continuously challenge and improve testing processes. You hate flaky tests and love deterministic pipelines.
  
• Document bugs like a pro clear, reproducible, and impossible to ignore.
  

What You Bring

• 24 years of solid experience in QA and test automation.
  
• Proficiency in Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks.
  
• Strong in manual exploratory testing and test case design.
  
• Good understanding of API testing, using tools like Postman, Swagger, or scripting frameworks.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and test reporting tools (Allure, TestNG, etc.).
  
• Comfortable with Java, Python, or JavaScript automation isnt optional here.
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and sprint-based testing cycles.
  
• Bonus: Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter/Gatling), WebSockets, or testing real-time systems.
  
• Attitude: You dont wait for permission. You own quality like your life depends on it.
