Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Job Requirements :

9-15 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using various frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel).
Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in writing efficient, well-documented code that meets industry standards.
