Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
Provide excellent communication skills to customers through verbal and written means.
Work in an inbound voice process environment where you will be handling multiple calls simultaneously.
Utilize blended processing techniques to manage both domestic and international customer support operations.
Possess strong knowledge of banking processes and procedures.

24*7 Rotational shifts

Working Days

5 working days,2 rotational offs

Rounds of Interview

HR Screening ,Operation Round ,Versant Test ,Client round
