Job Description

You will help empower results for our client by processing and/ or auditing transactions in a timely and accurate manner. You will work with the Subject Matter Expert and manager to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommend / implement solutions for various clients.

Work Location -Chennai

Eligibility :-

Proficiency in Data Sorting, IF conditions in V Look up

Experienced in any back office/ data processing roles
Ability of performing rule based transactions with simple calculations

Participate and successfully complete role related training programs.

Responsible for appropriately managing assigned tasks
You should demonstrate good written verbal communication.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts & to sign a service agreement for one year.

Education:

Graduate with a Bachelors Degree as B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA.
Master degree holder as MA, M.com, MBA(only correspondence or part time) are eligible.
B-Tech/BE/LLB/B.Ed./ BCA/ BSc (IT) or Regular MBA or degree equivalentto regular MBA are not eligible

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience from Outsourcing, backend, Payroll industry and possessing good social skills Work Condition
Flexibility to work in 24*5 shift environment
Flexibility to occasionally extend work hours to meet business needs
Flexibility to move across client teams .
Good verbal and written communications required.

Candidate should be flexible to work in 5.30pm to 3am shift

Need immediate joiners

Willingness to sign a service agreement before every overseas travel / assignment .
