Profile:

HIRING FRESHERS

Executive
Main Responsibilities:-

Working in ATM Monitoring (24*7)
Dispatch the FLM and SLM calls to the concern FLM (Executive) for make machine operational.
Incident Management
Taking follow-ups on pending calls & call closure.
Handling all kinds of query (customer/Flm), escalation calls etc.
To co-ordinate with customers & develop good relations with them
All emails reply on time to customer as well as seniors.
