Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain various programs offered by the university.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Understand students needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.
- Maintain a record of calls and leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Provide accurate information about admission processes, eligibility, fees, and benefits.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for follow-ups and closures.
- Support marketing campaigns through telephonic outreach.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 02 years in telesales, telemarketing, or academic counselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and any regional language (as applicable).
