Job Description

Oversee the implementation of quality control procedures for all civil and pre-cast works on-site.

Ensure that all construction activities are in compliance with project specifications, local standards, and international quality standards.

Review and approve pre-cast concrete designs, drawings, and materials.

Monitor the quality of pre-cast elements from fabrication to installation, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.

Inspect and test materials, workmanship, and construction processes to ensure adherence to project requirements.

Conduct site inspections, audits, and material inspections to identify any quality issues and address them promptly.

Review and manage quality control documentation, including inspection reports, material test reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

Collaborate with project teams to resolve any quality-related issues on-site.

Provide guidance and training to site teams regarding QA/QC procedures and standards.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that quality expectations are met and maintained.

Perform final inspections and assist in the preparation of quality documentation for handover.

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).

7-12 years of experience in QA/QC in civil construction, with hands-on experience in pre-cast elements.

Prior experience in the Gulf region (especially Saudi Arabia) is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of quality standards, ISO 9001, and local regulations (SASO, SEC, ASTM, BS).

Experience in monitoring pre-cast concrete works from design through to installation.

Proficient in QA/QC tools (inspection forms, checklists, test reports) and construction management software.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of construction materials and methods.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
