Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Collections Specialist to join our Accounts & Finance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivables from US customers through a high volume of follow-up calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Role & responsibilities
- Ability to handle 75-100 follow-up calls daily.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Excellent advanced Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills/ analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an international voice process, preferably in collections.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Entering data and keeping correct records is a must.
Required Candidate profile:
- Graduation or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
- Must have experience in international voice process.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Must be ready to work in the Night shift.
- Demonstrated responsibility and reliability.
