Job Description

In that case, we invite you to attend the interview for a Voice Sales Specialist position to handle queries/calls from business and retail customers with the best use of customer service and sales skills through calls, chats, and emails.
Role & responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Offer product recommendations and demonstrate vehicle features to potential customers
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing to close deals
- Work with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve revenue goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the finance and service teams, to provide a seamless customer experience

- Must have a strong command of English
- Must have basic knowledge and interest in Cars and Auto Parts
- Must have an American Communication accent
- Must be ready for the Night Shift
