Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Flutter & Dart and a solid understanding of architectural best practices. You will lead the design and development of high-performance mobile applications and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and architecture of scalable, maintainable Flutter applications.
  
• Apply Clean Architecture and proven design patterns to ensure code quality and separation of concerns.
  
• Drive modular app development and implement micro frontends where applicable.
  
• Utilize dependency injection frameworks such as GetIt and Injectable to manage scalable project structures.
  
• Profile and optimize app performance with a strong focus on startup time, UI smoothness, and memory usage.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, backend, and QA.
  
• Provide technical mentorship and code reviews to Flutter developers.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development.
  

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Flutter & Dart
  
• Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture and common design patterns (e.g., MVVM, BLoC)
  
• Hands-on experience with modularization and building micro frontends
  
• Proficient with GetIt, Injectable, and other dependency injection techniques
  
• Solid experience in profiling and optimizing mobile app performance
  
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps
  
• Familiarity with native mobile development (Android/iOS) is a plus
  
• Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or community engagement
