Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to track and manage project milestones and deliverables.
- Support project management efforts with a basic understanding of IT, cloud services, ERP software, HRMS, and digital marketing.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients, including managing timesheets.
- Address client issues or concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify potential business opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, both virtual and in-person.
- Assist with the smooth execution of client projects and deliverables.
- Basic knowledge of IT, cloud technologies, ERP software, email administration, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with business software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
