Job Description

    Customer Service Executive International BPO

    Location: Mumbai (Malad, Chandivali, Thane, Airoli, etc.)
    Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
    Industry: BPO / Customer Service
    Salary: Ranges from 15k - 40k depending upon the candidates experience and last drawn salary.
    Experience Required: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

    Leading clients of our consultancy is currently hiring Customer Service Executives for their international BPO operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a long-term role in a dynamic, global work environment with excellent growth potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage inbound customer interactions via calls, chats, or emails for international clients.
    • Address customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and courteous approach at all times.
    • Adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain quality standards.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
    • Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
    • Educational Qualification: HSC / Graduate
    • Open to both freshers and experienced professionals.

    Shift Timings (Any 9-Hour Shift as Assigned):

    • US Shift: Between 05:30 PM to 10:30 AM
    • UK Shift: Between 11:30 AM to 03:00 AM
    • Australia Shift: Between 03:00 PM to 03:00 AM
