- Candidates must have experience in the US Voice process and customer handling
- Candidates should have experience in inbound calls
- Excellent oral & written communication. (American Accent Preferably )
- Willing to work for rotational shifts including occasional weekend support
- Candidates should have experience in the troubleshooting process.
- An in-depth understanding of the software product offered to customers
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Should be willing to work on rotational shifts including weekend support
