Mentor & coach the team members to enhance output & selling skills of Credit Life Products.
Handling Regional sales relationship of Banca- Alliances
Looking after profitability of Bancassurance alliance channel
Work closely with KAM on ensuring TATs.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum Graduate from any stream with minimum 5+ year of Insurance experience with Bancassurance & Credit Life background is must
Should well versed with Banca Module of Insurance Company
Should have been a proven performer with impeccable track reco
