Espire is looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead the marketing and communication activities.
Role: Senior Manager-Marketing
Location: Gurgaon
Desired Industry Experience: 8+ Years
Role Description:
- Managing brand management and corporate identity
- Managing the global marketing activities for the company
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
- Manage and write high quality content for various collaterals, white papers, case studies etc.
- Identifying relevant events and forums to participate/sponsor/partner.
- Preparing and leading the annual events plan for all key markets.
- Management of global events.
- Directing and coordination all pre-event and post-event activities.
- Maintaining annual marketing budgets and updating them as required.
- Identifying engagement opportunities (free and paid) with relevant digital/social media communities, online forums, networks, online magazines, influencer blogs and other media to propagate and amplify Espires story.
- Planning engagements opportunities for the above-mentioned channels, covering content-centric engagements (articles/advertorials/whitepapers etc.), digital events (such as webinars, podcasts or others) and more.
- Team management.
Desired skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in Marketing and latest trends.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and marketing automation tools like Hubspot
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
