Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven recruiter with strong sourcing skills and a proven track record of delivering high numbers of successful hiresExperience : 3 to 5 years
Work Location : Dadar, Mumbai
Joining Period ImmediateKey Responsibilities:
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, professional networks) to identify and attract IT/Software Talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage high-volume recruitment, ensuring timely hiring.
- Effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment activities.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Expertise in modern sourcing tools and techniques.
- Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of energy, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Data-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
