Job Description
Job Title: US Taxation Associate
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office (Night Shift)
Location: Chennai Taramani
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams and US clients for accurate data collection and return processing
- Stay updated on IRS regulations and tax law changes
- Respond to tax notices and support tax planning activities
- Ensure all tax filings meet compliance standards and deadlines
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of client records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in US taxation
- Familiarity with tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, or CCH
- Good understanding of IRS rules and state tax requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work night shifts and from the office
