Job Description

Key responsibilities

1. Workday reporting & analytics
2. Degreed data analytics for Global and regional level
3. Design Learning dashboards
4. Learning analytics (Excel/ BI tools)
5. Create learning events in Workday
6. Data analysis
7. Create Degreed plan/ Pathways

Skills Required

• Sound knowledge of Excel, BI tools, (Power BI/ Qlik etc.)
• Knowledge of LMS platforms Degreed, Workday
• Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint)
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up- to date
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills

What makes you stand out

• Graduation or equivalent,
• Good communication skills
• Working experience in Excel, BI tools, (Power BI/ Qlik etc.)
• Good stakeholder management, Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively

Compensation: Best in the industry

Location: Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. (Transport provided by company)

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Working Time: 12.30 PM -9.30 PM
