• To understand, plan and execute projects, from simple activities to more complex plans
• To assist managers and teams with the coordination of resources, meetings, and information.
• Coordinator to organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

• Responsible to coordinate Client Implementation for On-boarding of Clients
• Project coordination related duties such as scheduling kick-off meetings, internal project coordination and frequent customer interaction throughout the life cycle of the Project.
• Oversee all aspects of Projects Implementation.
• Formulate Project Plans, Create User Stories, Monitor and Summarize progress of the Project
• Prepare Project Status reports for Top Management
• Identify roadblocks and initiate remedial action for execution and completion of tasks
• Carry out communications towards managing all Project Stake holders
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

• Working experience in analyzing the data, reports and have worked on excel or similar tool.
• Relevant experience in project management/coordination well versed with project management software tools ( Salesforce, Smartsheets, Jira) will be add on
• Willing to work in overlapping hours with EST time zone.

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent in capturing and analyzing client requirements.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
