Role: SAP S/4HANA SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Treasury Management Consultant with SAP ECC to Experience
Location - Quantum office - Pune/Nagpur
Experience: 8+ years
Working Hours: US time shift
Notice Period: Immediate or 30 days
Consultant will be working with Quantum on Fulltime.
Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP ECC with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Treasury Management functional & technical experience executing and delivering a end to end Treasury management process. The candidate will be responsible for the configuration of SAP relevant Treasury configuration, testing and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional and Technical Consulting:
FI Consultant with Treasury and Bank Management
- For Netting, scope of entities limited to 10+ entities which have IC transactions with each other and with other affiliates
- Postings occurring in the IC /Third party vendor account are in scope
- No changes in existing banking partners-Payments in Local currency/USD will follow current bank process
- Documentation and approval has to be managed by Treasury
- In SAP configure and test the system
- Set up new accounts and include them within existing bank statement process
- Set up Virtual account and facilitate the outbound payment file and processing of incoming statement
- Update/change sequence of payment methods and ranking to support rerouting payments.
- Changes to SAP technical objects to support the above process
- Engage with different applications/Middleware to facilitate the secure inbound and outbound transmission of SAP files to banks (outside of Network until networks are fully integrated)
- Work with business to implement master data changes /updates required for this implementation
Testing, Training, and Support:
Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate Treasury configurations and functionalities.
Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performance.
Collaborate with business users to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement solutions to meet project objectives.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for key Financial Accounting and Treasury stakeholders, business users, project sponsors, and IT teams, providing regular updates, progress reports, and presentations on project status and milestones.
Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, address concerns, and obtain feedback throughout the migration and transformation process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the migration process and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP FI and Treasury management module implementation and support.
- Knowledge and experience implementing at least one end to end process..
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- SAP S/4HANA certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Treasury is highly desirable.
