- Job Location: Ahmedabad
- Working Days: - Monday to Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Source and screen potential candidates from various platforms (e.g. social media, job portals, employee referrals)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Perform reference checks as need
- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process, documentation
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
