Job Description
Notification for engagement of Contract Medical Practitioners for Raipur Division of South East Central RailwayIn view of the exigencies related with the COVID-19 Global Pandemic and to mect the shortage of Doctors, it has been decided to engage 14 Contract Medical Practitioners(CMPs) (04 Specialists & 10 GDMOs) purely on contract basis for a period of 03 months, to serve in the Divisional Railway Hospitals/Health Units/other establishments under jurisdiction of S. E. C. Railway, Raipur Division.Nos. of Vacancy: 01Minimum Educational Qualification: MD/DNB/DAAge Criteria:i. Upper age limit for candidates is 53 years as on the date of notification.Relaxation in age for reserved community candidates will be applicable as per extant rules.ii. Retired Railway Doctors/ Government Medical officers of state/Central Government, up to the age of 65 years as on the date of notification, are also eligible.Period of Contract & Termination of ContractThe engagement is purely on contractual basis for three months only. The service rendered as CMP is an arrangement for meeting up the requirement of the COVID-19 pandemic situation and it will not confer any right for automatic regularisation/ absorption in any circumstances and will not have any claim or right for his/her continuity in service or automatic extension of the term Contract/Re-engagement. The Railway administration has full right reserved to discontinue contract/re-engagement at any stage.
