Factory Manager @ Snapdeal

Job Description

We are seeking a Factory Manager to oversee the production of water-based coated paper. The role focuses on managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality coating standards, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining strict safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production of coated paper, ensuring targets for volume, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain and improve coating quality.
• Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Supervise and develop production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Enforce safety, chemical handling, and environmental standards.
• Monitor raw material usage and optimize resource planning.
• Drive cost control, process improvements, and reporting on KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coated paper manufacturing, especially with water-based coatings.
• Strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ISO quality, and safety standards.
• Only male candidates can apply.
