Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and enhance our brand digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about content creation, digital strategy, and performance marketing to drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and monitor Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising channels.
2.Content Creation & Brand Awareness
- Create engaging, high-quality content for blogs, social media, case studies, whitepapers, and website pages.
- Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials that align with the brand.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized to improve search rankings and organic reach.
3. Social Media & Community Engagement
- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage company social media accounts, create compelling posts, and track performance metrics.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies for maximum brand impact.
4.Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and drive conversions.
- Segment audiences, track performance, and optimize email campaigns for better results.
- Implement lead nurturing campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
5. Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations for improving marketing ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer behavior.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of content creation, keyword research, and on-page SEO.
- Experience managing social media platforms & marketing tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
