Leading team of TM/AM & KRM
Driving the Home Assure business via the Home Loan Customers
Handling & Managing the Home Loan DSA's
Strictly following the IRDA guidelines for cross sell
Training & leading team for cross sell target under open architect.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate from any stream with overall sales experience of driving the Insurance Business with team leading role for more than 10 years.
Well versed with cross sell channel via the Home Loan, Mortgage & personal loan customers of the Banks & NBFC's.

Salary mentioned is fixed and other than Salary, incumbent would be entitled to get incentives, bonus & travelling expenses by the company.
