To identify and define key competencies required for superior performance within organization and communicate the same throughout the firm to reinforce display of desired behaviors.
To ensure effective inter office communication
Input into development ofOrganisation HR strategy, policy and procedures ensuring that they are aligned to and meet business requirements.
