Job Description

: Candidate will be responsible to carry out day to day HR activities like ,

The Candidate would be responsible for entire gamut of the HR Operations
Implementing various Core HR Processes (Recruitment, PA, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, etc)
To ensure timely recruitment for all the position at corporate office, ensure talent retention.
To identify and define key competencies required for superior performance within organization and communicate the same throughout the firm to reinforce display of desired behaviors.
To ensure effective inter office communication
Input into development ofOrganisation HR strategy, policy and procedures ensuring that they are aligned to and meet business requirements.
