Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze audience demographics and trends to optimize content and outreach.
• Content Creation & Management:
  
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent content distribution and timely posts.
• Community Engagement:
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, influencers, and industry communities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide monthly reports to stakeholders on social media performance, growth metrics, and campaign outcomes.
• Brand Advocacy & Influencer Collaboration:
  
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
• Ensure brand voice and guidelines are maintained across all social media platforms.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to continually innovate and improve social media presence.
• Experiment with new formats such as reels, stories, and LinkedIn articles to engage diverse audiences.
