We seek a dynamic Analyst - Global Reporting to enhance our data analytics capabilities, automate reporting, and build interactive dashboards.
Job Summary
As an Analyst - Global Reporting, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your expertise in data visualization, ETL processes, SQL queries, and Excel-based reporting will be leveraged to develop interactive dashboards and reports. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, troubleshoot data anomalies, and implement process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Tableau, Datorama, Power BI, or QuickSight.
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to generate key business insights.
- Retrieve and manipulate data using SQL queries and join multiple datasets.
- ETL & Data Processing:
- Support ETL processes using MSSQL, Alteryx, and other data processing tools.
- Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes efficiently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting Optimization:
- Work closely with global business teams to understand reporting needs and develop customized reports.
- Ensure reports are formatted correctly and meet delivery deadlines.
- Investigate data discrepancies and provide actionable resolutions.
- Dashboard Maintenance & Data Visualization:
- Update and maintain Tableau, Excel, or similar dashboards for daily/weekly reporting.
- Identify and integrate new data sources to improve visualization effectiveness.
- Assist in taxonomy classification, data cleansing, and reformatting of reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Data Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization.
- Technical Skills:
- SQL Strong experience in writing complex queries and handling large datasets.
- Data Visualization Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or Datorama.
- Excel VBA & Advanced Excel Experience in automating reports and handling complex formulas.
- ETL Tools Familiarity with MSSQL, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
