Managing the Regional Variable Team
Driving & handling the team of Asso. Regional Managers & Branch Managers
Training & Motivating the entire Zone Agency Sales team
Pushing The Gold & Top advisors to deliver there BEST
Responsible for SM RnR & Promos

Required Candidate profile

Should be a Agency Sales professional with minimum of 10 year of Life Insurance Experience only with team handling role
Should have handle at-least a Region for minimum of 2 year
Local talent is highly preferred who can built the Variable Agency team

Perks and benefits

Salary mentioned is fixed and other than Salary, incumbent would be entitled to get incentives, bonus & travelling expenses by the company.
