Billing and Payments Analyst @ Amazon

Amazon Freight (Amazon's external facing Freight service) is hiring for Billing & Payments Analyst in India and achieve a truly exception shipper experience in EU and UK regions. Join us in building the next big thing for Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
Responsible for implementation on new and existing SOPs
Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
Support shippers by researching on invoice disputes and providing resolutions within SLA
Support enterprise shippers through tickets and escalations
Reconcile invoices and manage credit notes for effective cashflow and transactions

About the team
We are Amazons middle-mile logistics technology solution for anyone looking to ship road freight in UK and Europe. We enable customers to ship your palletised shipment (Less-than-Truckload, LTL) or Full-Truckloads (FTL) directly to Amazon UK and EU Fulfilment Centres (FCs) or FTL to non-Amazon facilities at competitive prices.

Basic Qualification:

• Experience with Accounts Receivable , Accounts Payable , Cash Applications , Reconciliation .
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, banking, commerce
• Proficient in English
• Atleast 2 year work experience
• Experience in FinOps process/billing & payments process/banking/fraud detection processes
