Job Description
Customer Service Manager (CSM) :
Lead a team of Relationship Officers for consistent business development, customer acquisition and retention and for achieving business & revenue targets while ensuring quality service to customers, operational adherence, asset quality of portfolio. Manage operations and overall functioning of the branch assigned.
Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience: 3+ years of experience as Asst. Branch Manager/Branch Manager in Microfinance(MFI)
Age Limit: 25-35 years
