Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Experience with lead databases (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.)
Basic knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Exposure to LinkedIn outreach or multichannel outbound campaigns
HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting
Stay up-to-date with cold outreach best practices, spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and deliverability trends
Basic familiarity with cold outreach tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, or Mailshake)

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience (internships or freelance projects welcome)
