The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, effective communication, and driving sales.
Experience:1+years Note: Should be experienced in Hospital field calling, willing to do rotational shifts.

Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner.
Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them.
Inbound and Outbound calls for patient's appointments.
